Sky City Precinct is located 20 minutes south of Alberton near the major Townships of Thokoza, Katlehong and Vosloorus.

Phase 1: 13 000sq, adding Phase 2 doubled the GLA to 26000m2 with a tally of 50 stores, including  PnP and PnP Liquor as Anchors, Clicks, The Truworths Group, Banking: (Capitec, FNB & Standard Bank), PnP Clothing, a food court extension was also completed – Hungry Lion and Romans Pizza.
