Work has now officially commenced on Malekane Mall – Steelpoort, Limpopo.

The 18,000m² centre is already 95% let. It will be anchored by The Shoprite Group of Companies, Boxer Superstores, and Roots, and will feature leading national retailers such as Clicks Group, Jet, PEP, Ackermans, Truworths, Mr Price Group, sportscene, Studio 88 Group of Companies, Hungry Lion, and KFC, among others.

Nearly two decades in development, this project is a testament to our commitment to creating long-term value and fostering strategic partnerships. Accessibility and road safety for the local communities have been significantly improved by the recently completed adjacent bridge, pictured below.
